i spend my time going to shows, writing music, and doing graphic design for a living. i've seen the scene ebb and flow, but i'm not going anywhere. more than a decade here and hardcore and music is still my family.
i am currently playing bass/guitar/electronics in a post-rock band called analecta. i also play guitar and do vocals for a melodic hardcore band called Chin Up! with my "free" time i write and record solo material under the moniker In The Absence Of Dreaming.

back to the studio tomorrow to redo some vocals for the Chin Up!/analecta split 7”…
(there’s some things in the rough mixes that i don’t like, and i’d rather fix them than let them slide)
then thursday i have a tattoo appointment to (finally) get my Five Iron Frenzy tattoo on my left arm. should probably set up an appointment at the same time to get the three X’s down the back of my left leg. (normal blocky Xs on the top and bottom and a JC/HC painted looking one in the middle)
